Capitol Hill Block Party takes place July 22-24 in (you guessed it) the Capitol Hill neighborhood between Broadway and 12th Avenue East. Once a small one-day affair, the event has expanded into a three-day extravaganza of local and national acts that draws crowds from all over the country.
