Women in Film-Seattle
Every First Tuesday of the month, Women in Film-Seattle hosts a special networking event, where WIF members and local filmmakers alike are invited to come together and connect with their peers, show off their work on the big screen at Central Cinema, sample good food and drink and learn more about the organization. In celebration of WIF’s “Get “Er Done” professional grant (which you learn more about here), this Tuesday’s event will also feature clips from Lulu Gargiulo’s documentary, Howdy Pardner- Tales of the Cowboy Hat, a work in progress which was made possible in part by last year’s WIF professional grant. Reminder: The deadline to apply for the WIF grant is today, March 1. For more information on the event, visit the above link.

Successful applicants will be awarded a grant in outright funds, matching funds, or a combination of the two, depending on the applicant’s preference and the availability of funds. FILMMAKERS: APPLY FOR A GRANT FROM CINEREACH

There are two deadlines per year (summer and winter), after which a selection of applicants are invited to submit full proposals.
