Online Application: Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs Internship
The Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs has put out a call for two interns to work closely with its communications team and provide administrative support for the department. Responsibilities include: writing and editing content for the department’s e-newsletter, blog and social media sites; coordinating data collection for a national research study and assisting with office events, including lunchtime concerts at City Hall. Applicants must be enrolled in college, and should be studying arts management, public relations, marketing, communications English, journalism or other related fields. These unpaid internships require a six-month commitment of 20 hours per week, and may be used for academic credit. Candidates must be self-motivated, creative thinkers with excellent communications, organization and research skills with a strong ability to multitask.
