The Wing Luke Museum is coordinating a monthly summer festival, dubbed JamFest, which promises First Thursdays full of art, dance and music. It started in June and continues monthly through September. Venues are restaurants and retailers like Four Seas or KOBO At Higo, which showcase local artists on their walls and host live performances. Expect bands like dance-rock group The Slants, soulful SolBird and the carnivalesque Toy-Box Trio. This month’s JamFest is happening tonight from 6:00-8:00pm at various restaurants and retailers around the International District. Check out the link for more details.
