Four on the Floor, the new concert series at the High Dive in Fremont, puts bands on the floor and fans in the round for only $4. “There were people standing up on the bar, standing up on chairs to get a view,” promoter Matt Ashworth said of last month’s inaugural event. “The drawback of having the bands play on the floor is if you’re in the back, you can’t see. But it’s a trade off. Everybody was closer to the band, and it gave it more of an epic feel than a normal weekday show.” Check out the second installment of Four on the Floor with Seattle’s See Me River tonight, June 23, starting at 8:00 pm.
