Columbia City Theater
The Columbia City Theater was built in 1917 and is the oldest vaudeville theater in the state of Washington. Throughout its storied history it has played host to legends including Ella Fitzgerald and Jimi Hendrix. A major fixture in the Seattle music scene from jazz to rock, punk, and raving the theater has undergone a major renovation and will reopen on Friday, June 25. Join them in celebration all weekend for free concerts. Friday night features Mash Hall, Cloud Nice, and DJ Suspence. Saturday night belongs to Grand Hallway, Drew Grow, and The Pastors Wives.
