Capitol Hill Block Party is right around the corner, and they have announced the final lineup including the daily schedule. Diehard fans can begin to formulate their game plan to ensure maximum sonic capacity. New bands to the lineup include The Maldives, The Head and The Heart, Avi Buffalo, S, Happy Birthday, Math and Physics Club, Book of Black Earth, Ravenna Woods and Victor Shade. One spot remains TBA. This is the first year the venerable Seattle music festival has programmed a third day, and they will be hosting concerts on three stages.
