City of Seattle
The sixth annual Arts in Education Forum is a student-directed community forum about creative learning and student success. A panel of Seattle students will lead a discussion with Mayor Mike McGinn and Seattle Public Schools’ Susan Enfield about how the arts engage, challenge and motivate young people. Bring your own questions for the panel of students and policymakers and learn more about how the city and Seattle Public Schools are partnering to help ensure arts learning can be a part of a basic education for all students. Continue the conversation over light refreshments at a post-forum reception. The panel will take place on Monday, November 8 from 6:30-7:30 pm at Seattle University.
